Your preferred 'Your Fault' or 'My Fault' variant is currently out of stock. We're delighted to offer piece replacement. We'll custom manufacture the specific piece you need. To ensure a perfect match, we require detailed information from you.

• Piece Replacement Policy: We operate on an honor system. If we're responsible, we'll replace it at no cost. If you made a mistake, we kindly ask you to cover $3 for our expenses (no shipping charge)
• Puzzle Identification: Please provide the exact name of your puzzle, as printed on the white label at the top of the puzzle box. The title is bold and italicized
• Quality Assurance Number: Locate the round white sticker at the bottom of your box, under the tissue paper. The number should resemble TAQC #302c
• Photograph the Missing Piece Area: Capture an image of the area containing the missing piece, including the void and two to three pieces on all sides
